Monica Romero

Monica Romero has a diverse work history with experience in various industries. Monica started their career in 1996 as a Receptionist and Claims Representative at HealthComp Administrators, TPA, where they worked until 2002. Monica then worked at Lyons Magnus as a Receptionist and Operations Administrative Assistant to the CFO/COO from 2002 to 2010. In 2010, Monica joined ConAm Management Corporation as a Human Resources Regional Administrator and stayed with the company until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Sales Administrator at MobilityWorks. In 2016, Monica joined Alliant Insurance Services as an Account Representative and worked until early 2017. Currently, they are employed at Dellavalle Laboratory Inc as the Human Resources Personnel Director, a position they have held since 2017.

Monica Romero obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Heald College from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Kings River Community College from 1993 to 1995, studying General Studies.
