Charles Kanavas

Charles Kanavas is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in construction and property management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Dellbrook | JKS since May 2021, Charles has previously held project management roles at Delphi Construction, Inc. and Desjardins LLC, with significant responsibilities in both construction and management. Additionally, as a Rental Manager and Maintenance professional for a private LLC since 2007, Charles oversees multiple residential properties. Charles also has experience as a small business owner with Billerica Liquors and Lowell Liquors. Currently pursuing a Certificate Program in Construction & Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
