Fabio Palamidessi

Fabio Palamidessi currently serves as Project Leader for Electric Powertrain at Dell'orto Spa since October 2019. Prior to this role, Fabio was the Coordinatore sviluppo progetto / team leader for power electronics at Fimer Spa from January 2018 to October 2019, where responsibilities included writing requirements and developing control algorithms for PLC implementations. Fabio's earlier experience includes a research engineer position focused on model identification and control from October 2015 to January 2018, handling tasks such as data filtering and online parameter estimation. Additionally, Fabio worked as an R&D engineer for UAS flight control systems and mechatronics from 2013 to October 2015, where contributions included software architecture design and control algorithm implementation. Fabio holds a Laurea Magistrale in Aeronautical Engineering, specializing in avionics and flight control systems from Politecnico di Milano.
