Stefania Albanese-Monforti

Stefania Albanese-Monforti has a diverse and extensive work experience in the logistics industry. Stefania currently holds the position of Vice President US Sales at Delmar International Inc., where they have been since 2018. Prior to this, they served as the US National Director of Sales at the same company from 2018 to 2022.

Before joining Delmar International Inc., Stefania worked as the Director of Sales at XPO Logistics, Inc. from 2016 to 2018. Stefania also worked at cargo-partner as the National Sales and Marketing Director in 2016, and at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics as the District Sales Manager from 2014 to 2015.

Stefania'searlier roles include Sales Manager at Geodis Wilson from 2013 to 2014, District Sales Manager at DHL Global Forwarding from 2010 to 2013, and Senior Sales Rep at Panalpina from 2004 to 2009.

Prior to their career in the logistics industry, Stefania held various roles at Timat All Cargo SRL from 1991 to 2003, including CEO. In this role, they oversaw operations at the Venice Airport and Port, managed contracts with airlines and shipping lines, and reviewed manager performance and employee satisfaction. Stefania also served as the Air Operation Manager Import/Export and Air Export Agent during their time at Timat All Cargo SRL.

Stefania Albanese-Monforti's education history begins in 1988 when they enrolled at Liceo Linguistico Leonardo Da Vinci. Stefania pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from 1988 to 1993. During this time, their studies included English, German, and Spanish.

In 1989, Stefania attended Regent's University London for a short period to complete an Intensive English course focused on Business English.

Continuing their dedication to language studies, in 1997, Stefania pursued a Short Term English Course at the University of Miami, specializing in English as a second language.

To further enhance their skills in Business English, they participated in a Continuing Education program at UC Irvine in 1998.

Throughout their education, Stefania's primary focus revolved around business-related subjects, language acquisition, and communication skills.
