Kevin Spooner

Kevin Spooner has diverse experience in mortgage technology and customer service, currently serving as Encompass and Technology Support at Delmar Mortgage since December 2019. Previously, Kevin held roles at USA Mortgage from September 2014 to December 2019, including Encompass Administrator, where responsibilities included managing the LOS system Ellie Mae Encompass, and Appraisal Coordinator, overseeing appraisal orders and related processes. Earlier experience includes Collateral Review and Shipping at USA Mortgage, preparing mortgage documents and coordinating with title companies, as well as customer care roles at Connexions Loyalty and quality control at HITS Scanning Solutions. Kevin holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and completed studies at Truman State University and Hazelwood Central.
