Paul McDade

Paul McDade has a strong background in operations management within the maritime industry. With experience in companies such as Delmar Systems, Deep Sea Mooring, and Viking SeaTech, Paul has held various roles such as Operations Manager, Base Manager, and Marine Co-ordinator. Their responsibilities included supervising operatives to maintain health and safety standards and ensuring inspection and repair standards of mooring equipment were in accordance with DNV accreditation. Prior to their managerial roles, Paul started as an Apprentice Pipefitter/Fabricator at Wood Group/Enterprise Engineering, where Paul gained hands-on experience in fabrication and welding. McDade's education includes attending Tullos Training LTD, Dyce Academy, and Rockwell High School.
