Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Deloitte, where they led DEI talent acquisition strategies, and VP at Accenture and Truist, focusing on diversity and inclusion in executive recruitment. Dyer’s extensive background includes positions at HCA Healthcare, where they served as VP of Human Resources, enhancing employee engagement and streamlining recruitment processes. They are currently pursuing further education at Middle Tennessee State University.
