Ben Thomson

Ben Thomson is currently the Assistant Director at Deloitte, where they serve as a Project Lead for a variety of construction projects valued between $5-200M. With a focus on coaching and staff development, Ben contributes to a positive workplace culture while leveraging their technical and interpersonal skills across all project phases. Their prior experience includes roles as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Deloitte and PDS Group, respectively, as well as early career work as a Cadet at Probuild Constructions. Ben holds a Master's in Construction Management from the University of Melbourne and previously completed a Bachelor of Environments in the same field. Notable projects include The Towers & Ritz Carlton at Elizabeth Quay and the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre expansion.
