Kayla Natalo

Kayla Natalo is currently serving as a Recovery Support Navigator at Steppingstone Incorporated since April 2023. Previously, Kayla held multiple roles at Roger Williams University, including Tour Guide, Student Orientation Coordinator, and Orientation Advisor from August 2018 to May 2022. As Student Orientation Coordinator, Kayla managed various aspects of the Orientation Program, including staffing and scheduling, while leading a team of 36 Orientation Advisors. In the role of Orientation Advisor, Kayla facilitated discussions on social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion, demonstrating strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Additionally, Kayla served as a Reentry Intern at Offender Aid and Restoration of Arlington from August 2021 to December 2021. Educationally, Kayla holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, both from Roger Williams University.
