Casey Caram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and organizational transformation, currently serving as a Principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP since July 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing culture and community initiatives within the Human Capital Org Transformation practice, leading the Human Capital Finance Transformation center of excellence, and managing a team of 200 practitioners. Previous leadership roles include directing Deloitte's client service Diversity & Inclusion center as well as spearheading a significant healthcare Finance Transformation project. Prior to Deloitte, Casey co-founded Triangle Volleyball, Inc., a prominent youth volleyball club, and served in various capacities at Cardinal Gibbons High School, where a comprehensive alumni relations program was successfully revitalized. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and an A.B. in Religion from Vassar College.
