Edward Powers

Edward Powers is the Chief Strategy Officer at Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory, where they lead the Advisory Offerings & Services portfolio, overseeing nearly 14,000 professionals in the U.S. They previously served as the National Managing Partner of Deloitte’s Cyber Risk Services practice from 2013 to 2019, during which the team gained recognition as a leader in cyber risk and security consulting. With over 25 years of experience, Edward has collaborated with major financial institutions to enhance security initiatives and has been involved in significant projects, including co-authoring an after-action report for the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association. Edward's academic background includes a faculty position at USC Marshall School of Business and multiple degrees in History, Classics, and Information & Operations Management.
