Hilary Richters

Hilary Richters is a board member at DC030 | Association for Entrepreneurial Women since March 2024 and serves on the Supervisory Board of NUOVO Scholen since August 2022, where involvement includes the Committee on the Quality of Education. Additionally, Hilary has been a member of SER Topvrouwen since February 2022. With a long tenure at Deloitte starting in September 2007, Hilary holds the position of Director responsible for Digital Transformation, AI, and Ethics, and is the founder and lead of Deloitte Digital Ethics. Previous roles at Deloitte include Senior Manager, Manager, and (Sr-) Consultant. Before Deloitte, Hilary worked at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment from September 2005 to September 2007 as a Rechercheur (SIOD), focusing on fraud detection, exploitation, and organized crime related to work and income. Hilary's educational background includes studies at Erasmus School of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam, Avans University of Applied Sciences with a post-bachelor degree in Project Management, and Inholland University of Applied Sciences, where a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy was obtained.
