Jay Cochran

Jay Cochran is a partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP and currently serves as the US Accounting & Internal Controls leader for Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory. In this role, Jay leads the Internal Audit, Information Technology & Specialized Assurance, Controllership, Securitization, Digital Controls, and Treasury offerings. With over 25 years of experience in IT and business advisory services, Jay has worked with major public clients, guiding them in areas such as SOX compliance, finance transformation, and internal audit transformation. Jay previously led the Information Technology & Specialized Assurance practice, overseeing the deployment of senior leadership on attest clients. Jay holds a BS in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University, and attended Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
