Katryn Smith

Katryn Smith is a CPA, CA, and CFE who has a strong background in the financial services industry, specializing in the audit of public and private insurance clients. With experience in cross-border group audits, US GAAP, and SEC reporting, Katryn has developed key skills in financial analysis, audit, teaching, and research. Previously, they served as an Audit Director at Deloitte, as well as in various roles such as Senior Associate and Senior Accountant. Katryn is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Geography at McGill University, a Master of Management and Professional Accounting at the University of Toronto, and an Ontario graduate certificate in Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation from Seneca College.
