Robert MacDougall is currently the Director of Digital Markets at Deloitte's EMEA Centre for Regulatory Strategy. Previously, Robert served as Head of Consumer/Enterprise Public Policy at Vodafone from 2012 to 2023 and held various roles in regulatory and policy positions, including Assistant Director at the Office of Fair Trading and Senior Associate at Ofcom. Robert's earlier experience includes working as a Policy Adviser at Oftel and as an International Fellow at the Federal Trade Commission. Academically, Robert earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Manchester and a Master of Laws (LLM) in IT and Telecommunications from the University of Strathclyde.
