Ryan Moore

Ryan Moore is the Advisory Managing Director at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, with extensive experience in cyber operations and risk management. They served in the U.S. Air Force from 2004 to 2013, where they held various leadership positions, including Chief of the Cyber Aggressor Team and Chief of Wing Cyber Ops. Ryan obtained a Master’s degree in Information Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School, where they authored a thesis on cyber deterrence. Additionally, they held roles such as Director of Operations for the U.S. Air Force Reserve from 2022 to 2023, overseeing cyberspace operations and strategic planning.
