Vikas Dhand

Vikas Dhand is a managing director and supply chain and manufacturing transformation leader with extensive experience in the field. They began their career at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. as a Jr Manager specializing in business transformation enabled by SAP and quality and process control analysis. Vikas currently serves as a Senior Manager in Digital Supply Chain at Deloitte, where they contribute to the firm's growth through engagement management, client relations, and people development. They have also held various leadership positions at Deloitte, including Managing Director, focusing on strategy and innovation. Vikas is pursuing an MBA at the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, a Business Analytics degree from Harvard University, and a Master of Science from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University.
