Cecilia Poon is currently the Assistant General Counsel at Deloitte, where they negotiate agreements for audit, accounting, consulting, corporate finance, M&A, and information technology services. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2013, Cecilia worked as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 2007 to 2013, specializing in M&A and corporate finance matters, including IPOs in New York and Hong Kong. Cecilia holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and studied Mandarin at Fudan University.
