Christopher Lee is a Human Capital Consulting and HR Transformation leader with extensive experience in driving people-focused transformations across Southeast Asia. Currently serving as a Director at Deloitte, they lead a team dedicated to reimagining HR through technology. Previously, Christopher held a director position at PwC Vietnam, where they managed numerous projects in organisation design, talent management, and change management. With prior consulting roles in PwC Malaysia and AMS Migration, Christopher has developed a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of cultural dynamics in various industries. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Management/Marketing at Monash University while already holding a foundation year from Taylors College.
