Cici Chen

Cici Chen is currently the Associate Director of Supply Chain Consulting at Deloitte, where they have been a part of the team since 2012, focusing on international integration and transformation in the private sector, particularly in the Consumer and Life Sciences industries. They have honed their expertise in Integrated Business Planning and Sales & Operations Planning, concentrating on operating model design, technology implementation, and change management. Prior to their current role, Cici served as a Senior Manager in Supply Chain & Network Operations Consulting at Deloitte and worked as a UK Supply Chain Analyst at AkzoNobel. Cici holds an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University and a BA in International Trading and Economics from Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce.
