David Candell

David Candell is a Partner in the M&A tax practice at Deloitte Norge, based in Oslo. Originally from Sweden, David spent over five years in the M&A tax practice at Deloitte’s Swedish firm in Stockholm before moving to Norway in 2016. With over 13 years of experience in international corporate tax law, David focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, frequently assisting major international clients with tax-related matters such as restructurings, financing, and compliance. Currently, David is pursuing a Master's degree in Law and a Bachelor's degree in Business at Uppsala University.
