Emily Gates

Emily Gates is a client services professional with extensive experience in customer satisfaction and insights. They held various leadership positions at SMG, where they managed multiple global programs and mentored project teams, and later served as Associate Director for Careers in Business at the University of Chicago. Currently, Emily works as a Learning and Development Manager at Deloitte, where they focus on fostering professional growth. Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Communications from the University of Kansas and an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
