Sopo Tsiklauri has extensive work experience in various roles related to training and development. Sopo is currently working as a People Development Manager at adjarabet.com | aPeople since January 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Training Unit at the High School of Justice of Georgia starting from May 2014. From September 2013 to May 2014, they worked as an Advisor at the Department of Human Resources Management and Development at the Chief prosecutor's office of Georgia. In this role, they were responsible for developing training standards, conducting needs assessments, and ensuring quality control of the study process. Sopo also worked as a Trainer at the Training Center of Justice of Georgia from May 2013 to September 2013. Earlier in their career, they served as a Program Support Manager at the Georgian Association of Social Workers _ GASW from May 2011 to May 2012, and as a Social Worker at EveryChild from October 2009 to March 2010.
Sopo Tsiklauri holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Ilia State University, which they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Ivane Javahišvilis Sakhelobis Tbilisis Sakhelmtsipo Universiteti, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Sopo also obtained a certification in Diplomatic Protocol from the Ministry of foreign affairs of Georgia in December 2016.
