Flavia Staud is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in leading teams within Analytics projects and services. They have a background in client prospecting, supplier management, and project oversight, utilizing both traditional and agile methodologies. Flavia held various leadership roles at Sicredi, including Coordinator of Project Support and Business Intelligence, and was a General Manager at RCI Consulting S/A. Most recently, they served as Senior Manager and currently hold the position of Director in Analytics, Cognitive & Business Intelligence at Deloitte. Flavia earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and an MBA in Business Management from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
