Jackie Dees

Jackie Dees is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Accounting Reporting & Controls Advisory practice, where they guide clients through complex technical accounting and internal control matters while focusing on capital market transactions. With over 16 years of experience, Jackie has served a wide range of industries, including Retail & Distribution, Consumer, Life Science, and Tech, and currently leads efforts in sustainability reporting within the Audit & Assurance practice. Previously, Jackie held roles at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company and worked at Deloitte as a Senior Manager, where they were an external auditor for various firms. Jackie is also active in their community, serving on the Board and finance committee of the Women's Fund of Central Ohio and the Finance Committee for the United Way of Central Ohio, while pursuing a BSBA and Master's degree at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
