Robert MacDougall is currently the Director of Digital Markets at Deloitte's EMEA Centre for Regulatory Strategy. Previously, Robert held key positions such as Assistant Director at the Office of Fair Trading and Head of Consumer/Enterprise Public Policy at Vodafone. Robert also served as an International Fellow at the Federal Trade Commission and worked as a Policy Adviser at Oftel, which later merged into Ofcom, where they progressed to Associate in the Competition Group. Robert earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Manchester and a Master of Laws (LLM) in IT and Telecommunications from the University of Strathclyde.
