Sasha Joyce

Sasha Joyce, PHR, is a Talent Director at Deloitte, leveraging over 15 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, performance management, and talent strategies. Previously, Sasha held the position of Talent Senior Manager at Deloitte Caribbean and Bermuda from 2009 to 2022, and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Pertemps. Sasha began their career in the culinary field as a Sous Chef at Blue Iguana Catering and later as a Chef at Trimarine Boat Company. Sasha holds a BHons in English Literature from the University of Warwick and a PHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
