Victor Giusti is an M&A specialist with extensive experience in the automotive and industrial sectors. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and an MBA in Strategic Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas. With a solid background in project management, Victor worked as a Business Analyst and later as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where they led key initiatives in mergers and acquisitions. Currently, they support Schaeffler Brasil, enhancing their expertise in the automotive industry and actively participating in industry events to broaden their network.
