Vikash Chandra

Vikash Chandra is a director at Deloitte with over 23 years of experience in urban infrastructure, specializing in Smart Cities in India. They obtained an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Master in Architecture (Urban Design) from CEPT University, completing their education with a Bachelor of Architecture from Karnatak University in 1999. Currently, Vikash serves as a finance expert in the National team of the Smart Cities Mission at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, where they have contributed significantly to urban planning and management. Prior to joining Deloitte, they were a project coordinator for a World Bank-funded program for the Government of Uttar Pradesh and held various leadership roles at IL&FS Infrastructure.
