William Shields

They currently serve as a Director at Evidence for Development, where they contribute pro bono efforts to implement machine learning for data collection efficiency. As a Director at Deloitte, William specializes in climate change and risk management for financial institutions. They are also an Advisor at Haelo, focusing on the ethical governance of health data. At The Walker Institute, William conducts research on enhancing Climate Risk Assessments for vulnerable communities in the Global South. William holds a distinction from the ICMA Centre at Henley Business School.
