Marcel Harinck

Marcel Harinck is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Digital since September 2021, previously holding roles as Consultant and Analyst within the same company. In March 2023, Marcel began serving as a Statenlid for D66 in Provincie Utrecht. Prior experience includes serving as Gemeenteraadslid for STIP in Gemeente Delft from April 2018 to November 2021 and as a Commission Member for STIP in the same municipality. Marcel also held the position of Verenigingsbestuurder at DSV Sint Jansbrug from September 2016 to September 2017, managing a student association with over 700 members. Earlier work as a Computer Expert at Studentaanhuis focused on resolving client computer issues from February 2013 to August 2016. Academically, Marcel holds a Bachelor of Science in Technische Bestuurskunde from Delft University of Technology and a Master's degree in Public Administration: Economics and Governance from Leiden University, along with a Bachelor in International Bachelor Economics & Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Education was completed at Stanislas College Westplantsoen with a VWO degree.
