Matt Josephson began their work experience at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Account Management in December 2007. Matt later transitioned to Deloitte Digital in February 2012, where they currently hold the role of Principal in Applied Design & Innovation. At Deloitte Digital, Matt focuses on creating transformative experiences through human-centered design and innovation, drawing on the expertise of iconic brands like Doblin and Market Gravity.

Matt Josephson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Later, in 2011, they completed their MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
