Claus Kinder is an experienced manufacturing, operations, and engineering professional. He has worked for a variety of companies – public, private, large corporations, small business, and startups. Positions held include CEO, COO, Vice President Operations and Engineering, GM, Manager Manufacturing and Design Engineering and Sr. Project Manager. Industry experience includes food production equipment, bioprocess laboratory & production equipment, architectural lighting, wire & cable and industrial chemicals.

His areas of expertise include M&A, CapEx factory expansions and consolidations with a focus on ROI, New Product Development, Lean Manufacturing Implementation, Cost Reduction Initiatives, Supply Chain Development, Quality Systems and ERP Implementation. Claus is now supporting companies on the Lean to Agile (Digital) Manufacturing transformation journey.

Claus has an MBA – Finance from Fairleigh Dickenson University and BSEE from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is also a member of 1% for the Planet.
