Neeraj Khosla

Neeraj Khosla is an accomplished Lead Software Engineer and Manager at Deloitte Digital since January 2024, previously serving as Lead Software Engineer at Giant Machines from March 2020 to January 2024, with earlier roles as Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Before that, Neeraj held the position of Product Manager at Daikin North America, overseeing the complete product life cycle for residential units. Neeraj's background includes experience as an Innovation Specialist and Mechanical Engineer in a rotational program at Ingersoll Rand, where project work involved algorithm development for thermostats and HVAC modeling. Neeraj holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field, with additional training from Flatiron School.
