Zoe Gould

Zoe Gould is an accomplished leader in digital transformation and public sector consultancy, currently serving as a Director at Deloitte Digital since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading the Northern community and managing the Manchester Studio. As a Co-Lead for the Public Sector Product Management practice, Zoe focuses on developing the skills and experiences of product teams to address critical challenges faced by public sector clients. Additional roles include a position as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Social Care Institute for Excellence since July 2022, and prior experience as a Public Sector Consultant at Kainos and Director of Delivery at Difrent, where Zoe oversaw large-scale digital services for various public organizations. Previous roles include key positions at the Care Quality Commission, the Department for Work and Pensions, and the Government Digital Service, where Zoe demonstrated expertise in product management and digital delivery within government entities. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in American Politics and History from Brunel University London.
