Craig Shipman is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Deloitte since November 2013, Craig has held multiple positions including Manager, Senior, and Specialist Master. Prior to Deloitte, Craig was the General Manager at Xerox, overseeing a 400-seat outsourced call center for a Fortune 100 client, and also held roles such as Program Manager and Operations Manager, managing a large outsourced contact center. Craig's early career includes significant leadership experience at Worden Brothers Inc, where as Director of Customer Training, Craig established and led a team of over 40 trainers and hosted numerous global seminars on technical analysis. Craig began the journey at Worden Brothers as Director of Customer Service. Educationally, Craig holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
