Danny Edsall

Danny Edsall is a seasoned professional in the retail consulting sector, currently serving as Principal at Deloitte Consulting since November 2017, focusing on enhancing customer service within the retail industry. Prior to this role, Danny spent over four years at IBM as Partner, VP, and Retail Industry Leader, overseeing all business consulting operations in US retail and driving initiatives to reinvent the retail landscape. Danny’s extensive experience at IBM also includes roles as Senior Account Partner, where efforts centered on Walmart, and a Worldwide Solution Executive for Consumer Driven Supply Chain, successfully developing retail merchandising and supply chain solutions for global clients. Danny's career began at Safeway, where a decade was spent culminating as Head of Supply Chain Solutions. Danny holds a BSc Hons in Computing & Informatics from the University of Plymouth.
