David Rubin

David Rubin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of national security and cybersecurity. Currently serving as Managing Director at Deloitte since February 2016, David previously held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton from October 2009 to December 2015, as well as Principal at Booz Allen from 1991 to 2008. David Rubin possesses a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy with a focus on International Security from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from Brandeis University.
