Jon Kerekes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and consumer experience strategies across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Principal at Deloitte Consulting since January 2022, Jon previously held senior roles at Humana, including SVP of Experience Strategy and Transformation, EVP of Consumer Experience, and VP of Service Operations and Strategic Consultancy, where responsibilities included establishing enterprise strategies and leading service model transformations. Earlier career highlights include positions at CIGNA Healthcare as AVP of National Contracting & Provider Services, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in Strategy and Transformation, and Independence Blue Cross in Health Care Management. Jon Kerekes earned a BS and MS from the University of Pennsylvania from 1991 to 1995.
