Karen Harding has over a decade of experience at Deloitte, where Karen currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Fusion | Alpha Banking Platform, leading research initiatives to understand consumer motivations and challenges in financial services. Previously, Karen held various roles at Deloitte, including Customer Engagement and Commerce Lead and Manager, focused on enhancing marketing effectiveness for UK and global companies. Prior experience includes serving as Strategic Account Director at The Database Group, where Karen built and maintained key client relationships, and as Head of Pre-Sales. Karen earned a PhD and BSc in Renal Endocrinology and Physiology from The University of Manchester.
