Neil Killey

Neil Killey, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and testing, currently serving as the Deputy Project Manager at Deloitte Consulting for the WV RAPIDS project since March 1997. Previously held roles include Lead at Michigan Bridges from April 2006 to May 2011, Deloitte Test Manager, and Test Consultant for Texas TAA between November 2005 and March 2006. Additionally, Neil Killey was the Test Manager for Texas TIERS from April 2002 to October 2005 and worked as the Online Application Manager at ISAWS from 1994 to 2000. Neil Killey graduated from St. Ninian's High School, completing studies from 1977 to 1980.
