Shawn Bowers

Shawn Bowers is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting, having joined the firm in February 2007. In this role, Shawn drives innovation and transformation in Human Services delivery, currently serving as the Northeast Eligibility & Enrollment Leader within the Human Services Transformation practice. Shawn leads teams to enhance connections among clients, alliance partners, and state/federal partners. Prior to Deloitte, Shawn served as a Sergeant and Combat Medic in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard from 2000 to 2008, including an 18-month deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom III. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, earned in December 2006.
