Shyam Arora

Shyam Arora is an experienced professional currently serving as a Manager at Deloitte since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading transformative initiatives utilizing AI and AWS cloud technologies across the BFSI, FMCG, and Oil & Gas sectors. Prior to Deloitte, Shyam held the position of AVP - Intelligent Automation at First Abu Dhabi Bank, focusing on identifying automation opportunities and optimizing processes through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Additionally, Shyam served as a Senior Consultant at EY, specializing in RPA architecture, and has held various roles in engineering and automation at EXL Services Ltd, Mercer, and Dell. Shyam's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Pranveer Singh Academy of Technology.
