Suzanne Y. Kao, Esq. is the Founding Partner of Resolute Empire Pty Ltd, where the focus is on business strategy, venture capital, and global trade advisory services, particularly in the aerospace and defense, and advanced technology sectors. Suzanne holds multiple leadership roles, including Board Member at Export Controls Australia Group, member of the Board of Governors at 47G, and Global Leader and Managing Director of Deloitte's Global Export Controls & Sanctions Practice. Additionally, Suzanne chairs the National Council on International Trade Development and has extensive experience as a founding partner at Huffman Riley Kao PLLC, senior associate at Squire Patton Boggs, and judicial law clerk at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA with honors from Brown University.
