Amanda Loveless

Amanda Loveless, MBt, is a Senior UX Researcher at Deloitte, focusing on the Behavioral Health Technology Transformation project for California DHCS. Previously, they served as a UX Specialist at The HMC Group Marketing, Inc., and as a UX Researcher at Microsoft, where they enhanced customer engagement initiatives and contributed to AI integration within user workflows. Amanda's earlier roles include Business Analyst/User Experience at Fieldin and Director of Research & Development at HMC Fresh, where they advocated for customer needs throughout product development. They hold a BS in Business Marketing and an MBt in Biotechnology from California State University, Fresno.
