Phil Moore

Phil Moore is an experienced UX researcher and product design professional with a robust background in user experience and design management. Currently serving as a UX Researcher at NCR Voyix since December 2024, Phil previously held the position of UX Research Manager at Shift4, where responsibilities included developing a scalable UX Research practice following the acquisition of Revel Systems. During tenure as Product Design Manager at Revel Systems, Phil led a team focused on design direction for a comprehensive restaurant product ecosystem and emphasized the growth of the UX Research practice. Additionally, Phil's experience spans multiple roles, including Senior Consultant at UserTesting, where expertise in UX Research supported vendor management and training initiatives, and earlier roles in videography and photography, alongside positions at Quality Inn and Suites and EconoLodge Inn and Suites. Phil holds a Master of Arts in Human Computer Interaction and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the State University of New York at Oswego, complemented by an Associate of Science in Studio Art and Design from Cayuga County Community College.
