Aoife Connaughton

Aoife Connaughton is a Director in Deloitte's Sustainability & Climate practice, specializing in Sustainability Strategy and Decarbonisation with over 15 years of experience in leading impactful sustainability programs. In addition to her role at Deloitte, Aoife serves as a Senior Manager and founding Board Member of ReWild Wicklow, focusing on enhancing native habitats in the region. As a Non-Executive Director at Global Action Plan Ireland, Aoife promotes environmental awareness and action among individuals and communities. Aoife is also an Assessor for the Business Sustainability Management course at the University of Cambridge and a mentor for the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership’s Accelerator program. Previous roles include various leadership positions at Manufacture 2030, Business in the Community Ireland, and Aviva Europe. Aoife holds multiple degrees, including a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Value Chains from the University of Cambridge and a Master's in Management and Organisational Studies from University College Dublin.
