Cathy Gutierrez is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and organizational leadership. Currently a Principal at Deloitte Consulting since February 2019, Cathy has previously held significant roles, including Vice President of People at Glossier, Inc. and VP of People Strategy and Operations at AppNexus, where Cathy led various people functions and initiated global strategies for performance management and feedback culture. With a strong background at Accenture, Cathy designed HR strategies for clients across different sectors, while also serving in leadership roles at Teach For America, where Cathy implemented innovative recruitment and diversity strategies. Cathy began their career as an Analyst at Bear Stearns and holds a BA in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
