Cecilia Poon is currently the Assistant General Counsel at Deloitte, where they negotiate agreements for various corporate services and develop strategies for risk mitigation. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2013, Cecilia worked as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, Hong Kong, and Sydney, focusing on M&A and corporate finance from 2007 to 2013. Cecilia holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and studied Mandarin at Fudan University.
