Daan Poelman

Daan Poelman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in finance transformation, strategic operations, and management consulting. Currently serving as Director of Finance Transformation and Business Lead at Deloitte since September 2008, Daan leads a team of approximately 50 consulting professionals, focusing on enhancing business performance through various Finance Transformation programs. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager within the Strategy and Operations team, where Daan's project experience encompasses management accounting, working capital reduction, finance strategy, post-merger integration, and enterprise cost reduction. Earlier career experiences include internships and working in finance at ING and Mars Nederland. Daan holds an Executive Master of Finance and Control from Nyenrode Business University and a Master of Science in Financial Management from Tilburg University.
